Travel allows us to go deeper into our own psyches, as well as learn about others. When you feel good on the inside, it shows up in the depth of your travel experience. Marrying doTERRA with Travel has provided me with a brilliant combination of health education and lifelong learning.

Travel can be chaotic. The easiest way I have found to manage my energy and my inner chaos (in and out of the home) is by using these oils – and all I need is one drop per dose. Plus I don’t have to go buying them upon arrival (put them in a clear sandwich bag and TSA usually has no problem). No extra bulk to carry around!

  • Diffuse in hotel rooms upon arrival to “clean the air”.
  • They’re great for instant mood fixes. Anybody get cranky while on an airplane?
  • Head tension after a long flight? Try Peppermint or Past Tense on the temples and jaw line to relax.
  • Digestive discomfort when eating in a new locale? DigestZen.
  • Sinus pressure on a flight? Apply Breathe down from the back of your ears to your neck.
  • Can’t sleep in your new location? Break out the Lavender.
  • Need some focus? Have a drop of Peppermint on the roof of your mouth or simply inhale from the bottle – or add to your morning coffee.
  • Feel like you’re catching something? Make an immunity capsule with 4 of my fav oils –OnGuard, Lemon, Tea Tree and Oregano.
  • Too much mind chatter? Vetiver is for you. Roll it on!
  • Want to clean surfaces before settling in? Wipe it with OnGuard wipes.
  • Muscle discomfort after using a new hotel pillow? Rub Deep Blue on the sore spots; supercharge with a drop of Copaiba under the tongue.

My goal here is to educate on how to use them safely and efficiently to UPGRADE your travel wellness experience. Because if you feel good, your travel will reflect it!
